Established since 2010, the company had its beginnings in the province of Samaná, founded and directed by Messrs. Daniel Cordero and Adalgiza De la Cruz with more than twenty (20) years in the tourism industry and at the time integrating all their knowledge and experience in the real estate developments of the future, with a critical focus on Sustainability, functionality and user experience.
